Williamsburg James City County Courthouse, Chiller Replacement
Greenland Enterprises was contracted on a best source selection to provide a design build, turnkey solution to replace the existing 250 Ton chiller while keeping the building operational. This project was completed in 24 hours.

Department of Transportation, Admin Building Geothermal System Installation
Leading the way in geothermal technology and energy efficiency, the DOT contracted with Greenland Enterprises on a best source selection, design build project to install a geothermal system to meet the cooling and heating requirements of the administration building located at Ft. Eustis Virginia. The project was completed in three weeks.

Durham VA Medical Center, Chiller and Boiler Plant Separation
This project involved physically separating two buildings with a block wall to meet the ASHRAE 15 guidelines for refrigerant monitoring, and combustion air control. This project was completed in sixty days.

Federal Aviation Administration/ Parsons, Replace HVAC Systems at Richmond International, Norfolk International, and Shenandoah Regional Airport
Greenland Enterprises was selected to replace the equipment cooling units that serve critical navigation equipment at all three locations. The equipment was pre-staged and replaced in approximately two days at each site.
