technology and energy efficiency, the DOT contracted with Greenland
Enterprises on a best source selection, design build project
to install a geothermal system to meet the cooling and heating
requirements of the administration building located at Ft. Eustis
Virginia. The project was completed in three weeks. |

Chiller and Boiler Plant Separation
This project involved physically
separating two buildings with a block wall to meet the ASHRAE
15 guidelines for refrigerant monitoring, and combustion air
control. This project was completed in sixty days. |

Parsons, Replace HVAC Systems at Richmond International, Norfolk
International, and Shenandoah Regional Airport
Greenland Enterprises was selected
to replace the equipment cooling units that serve critical navigation
