Defense Commissary Agency Headquarters, Air Handler, VAVs,
and Controls Upgrade
Greenland Enterprises was contracted on a best source selection to
replace grilles, diffusers, VAV boxes, and the building automation
system to improve air flow and indoor air quality at the DeCA headquarters
building, Ft. Lee Virginia. The project involved overnight, weekend,
and holiday hours to minimize disruption to normal workday activities
of the headquarters building. The project was completed in sixty days.
